Comfortable stay despite minor hiccups
The service was fantastic, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering plenty of delicious options to start the day.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room struggled to keep up, making it a bit uncomfortable at night. Also, the bathroom fixtures appeared dated and needed some attention.

average stay with potential
The location is convenient, providing easy access to attractions. The garden view from the room added a pleasant touch to our stay.
The entrance to the hotel was challenging to find due to one-way streets.

Couples looking for a cozy escape
The room was spacious with a balcony , perfect for enjoying the view after a long day. The staff went above and beyond when they recommended a local tour that ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience.

The reception staff were incredibly responsive and attentive, making check-in seamless. Cleanliness stood out throughout the establishment, and the Yucatan restaurant served delicious grilled meat, enhancing our dining experiences. However, we faced a strange coffee capsule charge policy, which felt off-putting given the otherwise inclusive service. The pool was pleasant, but it could have been larger for the number of guests lounging around.

I had a decent stay at Fiesta Americana in Merida. The location is fantastic, close to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable, which helped me get a good night’s sleep. The AC worked well, which is a must in this heat. However, it’s frustrating that the hotel charges for coffee capsules. There were only two given at check-in, and I had to fill out a voucher for more, which just felt silly. I also faced issues with the hot water. we had no water for 40 minutes while my girlfriend was in the shower. Additionally, the staff's service was hit or miss. While some were friendly and helpful, I encountered a couple of rude employees, especially in the Club Lounge. The lounge itself was dark and small, which didn’t feel exclusive at all. Breakfast at Cafe Montejo was good, but I was misled into buying the Club upgrade thinking it included better options.
